Our Team

Melanie is a Victim Focus Officer covering the Cardiff, Vale of Glamorgan and Bridgend area where she provides emotional and practical support to those affected by crime. She also engages in community outreach and information sessions with partner organisations.

Alex provides first line support to those affected by crime. Alex also engages in community outreach and information sessions with partner organisations.

Mike is the Operations Manager for the Victim Focus Team. Mike works closely with partner agencies and the Office of the Police and Crime commissioner to ensure that clients of the service get the support they need to cope and recover from the effects of crime. Mike also supports the whole of the Victim Focus team.

Carys is the volunteer manager for South Wales Victim Focus and is responsible for managing our team of volunteers and attending community events and promoting the benefits of volunteering with VS.
