Joanne has recently joined the Victim Support Team for Swansea, Neath, Port Talbot as Victim Focus Officer. Previously to this she worked for Action for Children in Swansea supporting young parents aged 14-25 and their children. Joanne is a Nationally Qualified Youth Worker and has a particular passion for supporting young people as well as those with mental health issues. She looks forward to using these skills in her new role supporting victims of crime.

Lorna is a Victim Focus Officer for Cardiff, Vale and Bridgend supporting victims and witnesses of crime. Lorna provides victims and witnesses with emotional support and practical help to enable them to cope and move beyond the impact of the crime Lorna has undertaken all specialist training and is equipped to support all crime. Most recently, Lorna has become accredited as an Independent Stalking Advocate Caseworker (ISAC) providing her with invaluable skills and tools to support stalking victims. Lorna has developed key partnership links with other agencies in the local area enabling a holistic support network for those she is supporting. Lorna has been supporting victims and witnesses for over 10 years and thoroughly enjoys her role. Lorna finds it rewarding to help those on their journey to recovery in the aftermath of the crime.

Rachel is a Victim Focus Officer for The Cardiff, Vale and Bridgend team. She has been with the organisation for three years and has worked very closely with Housing and Policing Teams. Rachel has a range of experience supporting vulnerable individuals and assisting people through the court process.
