Zoe is a Victim Focus Officer covering the Swansea , Neath and Port Talbot area where she provides emotional and practical support to those affected by crime. Zoe also engages in community outreach and information sessions with partner organisations.

Dee provides first line support to those affected by crime. Dee also engages in community outreach and information sessions with partner organisations.

Paula is the Victim Focus Manager for Cardiff, Vale and Bridgend CVB. Paula is responsible for working alongside South Wales Police and other agencies to ensure clients of the service get the support they need to cope and recover from the effects of crime, along with supporting the Victim Focus Officers and Victim Care Officers who cover the area.

Stacey provides first line support to those affected by crime and identifies needs and risks to help provide the best support to help you move forward from crime. Stacey also engages in community outreach and information sessions with partner organisations.
